Location - 11/10. Quiet, near to metro, BTS, shops and mall Cleanliness - 9/10 Room - 7/10 spacious but with poor sound insulation Staff - 10/10 - very helpful and friendly Facilities - 6/10. The biggest problem overall. The hotel is in a need of renovation

I stayed with my two kids in a two bedroom suite. It was very comfortable and spacious. They loved the pool - especially at night with the lights and it was a good size. Breakfast was quite good and had an eggs-alent egg station. It is very close to a huge mall with an extensive range of dining options, as well as centrally located to two different train lines. The staff were obliging, friendly and very helpful and I cannot fault our choice to stay there. I looked at many places to stay in Bangkok and it was not an easy decision but I was beyond pleased for this choice of hotel for us. If I were to return, it would be an easy selection to stay again - whether alone or with the family.

Great value for money! Terminal 21, Asok BTS station and Sukhumvit MRT station. Enjoyed my stay here. Unlike those hotels located around busy streets, I enjoy the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, and yet we are so close to the shopping malls, nice restaurants, and cafes, massages nearby. Definitely will consider to stay back here if I return to Bangkok again.

The location is great!!!!! Breakfast is very good . Best value for your money. Great roof top swimming pool Very helpful staff. Don't think twice. Grab it if you stay for long.

its a nice hotel ,near terminal 21, the room was very clean and the room service was good ,the air-condition was noisy and you could not get a fan reduce ,it was freezing and we had to close it at night ,the water pressure was very good , we got parking to our car and the stuff were all very polite and kind..i would recommend it if you want to stay near terminal21 ...

the LOCATION. it was a short walk away from T21 and asok station / sukhumvit metro, and had good massage & 7-11 along the walk back to hotel. The bed was comfy, and actually I thought it look like a really nice hotel, ie I can imagine it being a posh hotel when it first opened but I feel some of the things/amenities now require some updating in terms of wear & tear.

The property is tucked away in a prime holiday spot for Bangkok which makes it easily accessible, but also quiet for such a popular location. It is relatively clean and the rooms are redressed daily. The staff are what truly make this place amazing. Friendly, welcoming, I could not thank them enough for making this hotel feel like a second home.

It was close proximity to the station and the Terminal 21 mall. Short train ride to MBK mall which we really liked. Some good massage places in walking distance right at your door. 7eleven close by for a quick stop. Staff are really nice and accomodating. Boutique hotel is nice as it’s not overcrowded.
